A young woman, in the middle of moving, discovers an old music box while packing. Curious, she winds it up and is transported to alternate worlds where she becomes trapped. In each world, she finds a photo from her original reality, with her family’s faces gradually becoming clearer as she recalls her memories of them. With every jump, the music box deteriorates until it breaks, leaving her panicked and believing she is stuck forever. In desperation, she smashes the music box, which returns her to her supposed reality. However, the final photo reveals her family clearly but her own face is now unrecognizable. Is she lost or has she found her way back?
This project was part of an FH course and envolved all students of CMS 23 Media. I was involved in Post Production, in detail for integrating a green screen video of the actress as well as animating the illustrated scene.
